Not only do we try to do as much of our manufacturing as possible domestically in Sweden, we’re also active in our home town supporting events that promote a spirit of adventure and fun.

Boulder climbing, skateboarding and Sporks.
Not an unlikely combination, at least if you’re a resident of Malmö, Sweden. Recently, the city’s Stapelbäddsparken, one of the city’s famous skateboarding spots, was the site for a boulder climbing competition. Some 40 climbers from Sweden, Denmark and Finland, both professional and amateur, dangled, swung and repelled to high-minded reggae supplied by a local D.J. Several Spork sightings were reported.

Wildlife on the run.
“Deep in the dark beech woods, sweaty, panting beasts do run...” goes the famous line of that obscure poem. This fall, however, those sweaty beasts were not mythical creatures, but human dressed in bright synthetics. The annual Yddinge Race in the breathtaking forests outside Malmö, attracts hundreds of participants to compete on its 3,7 and 7,4 mile trails. The race is part of the regional Grand Prix, a major event in Swedish competitive running. And of course, Light My Fire was there.
